lake décor {and lake folk} is always predicable. simple, no frills details that make for a fabulous memorable getaway. my girl’s weekend at the lake in south carolina brought all the flavors a southern lake retreat has to offer. including late nights at the flamingo biker bar, lunches at the riverfront {with the southern dog, a hot dog topped with beef and coleslaw, yum}, and water surfing.
the lake house was perfect, filled with stuffed fish and comfy stylish furnishings. as well as the tiki bar that my dear friend designed and built with her hubby. it was the making of good times {which can be seen here} rope wrapped columns, grass layered roof draped with colorful christmas lights, and randomly hung glass accents.
the sunset speaks for itself.
